Michelle Sanders is a Little Rock native and a 20-year real estate industry veteran. She is a Lifetime Member in the Little Rock Realtors® Association's Million-Dollar Club, a Certified Residential Specialist, and a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. Specializing in new construction and residential lot sales, Michelle’s experience provides knowledgeable and professional real estate services to new-home buyers and builders alike. Michelle was the first membership director of Chenal Country Club and was inspired to pursue what has become a very successful career in real estate based on a knowledge of Chenal Valley since its inception.

Rebecca Cate is a proven professional with over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate business. As a commercial broker, Cate has sold office, commercial and industrial properties and commercial land, as well as motel and apartment communities throughout Arkansas and Mississippi. Her leasing and management portfolio include office buildings, retail centers, industrial, hotel and apartment communities. Cate is presently an Executive Officer of the Board of Directors of the Little Rock Realtors Association, member of Rotary Club "99", International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and CCIM. She is active in rotary youth leadership, and is a former President of Building Owners and Managers Assoc. She is a Sunday School teacher and a former church deacon.
